What NoTilt is

NoTilt is a trading-discipline software service. It connects to your exchange account with an API key, watches it and — by rules you set yourself — may cut leverage, cancel orders, close positions and temporarily block new trades.

NoTilt is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or financial institution. We give no trading signals or advice, don't manage your money and cannot withdraw it.

Risk

Crypto and leveraged futures trading carries a high risk of loss. You trade on your own and are responsible for your decisions.

The guard works “as is” with no 100% guarantee: the exchange may be down, the API may fail, price may gap past a level between checks (about once a minute), a key may be revoked. Closing a position by rule may lock in a loss that could otherwise have shrunk.

Your API key

Create keys with read and futures-trading rights only, no withdrawals. NoTilt rejects keys that can withdraw. The secret is stored encrypted (AES-256) and never shown again.

You can disconnect an exchange any time; the guard keeps working for 24 hours, then the key is deleted. You can also revoke it on the exchange.

Rules and locks

Tightening applies at once. Loosening takes 24 hours (except the first 30 minutes after connecting an exchange). A self-imposed break (“I'm tilting”) can't be lifted early. This is by design.

NoTilt AI

NoTilt AI is artificial intelligence, not a doctor or therapist, and gives no diagnoses. If you feel you're losing control, borrowing to trade or hiding it from family, talk to a specialist (e.g. gamblingtherapy.org — free and anonymous).

Payment

Subscriptions are paid in crypto via NOWPayments. 7-day trial. Plans: Start $19/mo (1 exchange), Trader $39/mo (up to 3), Pro $59/mo (unlimited). 3- and 6-month packs go to your balance and are charged monthly.

Crypto payments are irreversible. If you paid and the plan didn't switch on, contact us. Unused balance can be refunded on request minus network fees.

Referral program

The referrer gets 10% of every payment by people they invited. Self-referrals, fake accounts and refunded payments are cancelled. Payouts in USDT from $10, manually within 3 business days.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law NoTilt is not liable for trading losses, lost profit or exchange/network outages. Our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 30 days.

We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the dashboard. Questions and requests — the “Support” form in the dashboard (Settings → Support).
